Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Product must pass quality inspection after pickup and at our warehouse
Only one exchange per product is allowed (subject to stock availability)
Mandatory Unboxing Video
We strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video while opening your parcel.
The video must clearly show:
Sealed package
Product being unpacked
Tags and labels intact
This video is mandatory in cases of:
Missing items
Wrong product received
Damaged product
Empty or tampered parcel
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Blouses (unstitched/stitched)
Petticoats
Custom-stitched or altered sarees
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
Clearance sale products
Combo / bundle offers
Heavy-discount or promotional items
Free gifts or campaign freebies
Brand collaboration collections

Reverse Pickup Service
Free reverse pickup available for most serviceable pin codes
Maximum 2 pickup attempts per order
Product must clear quality inspection to qualify for refund or exchange
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes (Self-Ship Returns)

Refund Policy – Prepaid Orders
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
95% refund to original payment method
5% deducted towards shipping & handling charges
OR
100% instant refund as Shrigiraj Saree Store Credit
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds are issued only as Store Credit
Store Credit is valid for 12 months
Orders paid using Store Credit will be refunded as Store Credit only
⚠️ COD orders include a ₹100 cash-handling charge.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch.

Open or tampered parcel
📢 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
🚫 If the parcel appears damaged or open, please refuse delivery.

Ensure correct bank details for refunds
Product must be kept safe until pickup
Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings
Report “delivered but not received” issues within 48 hours
Track orders via My Account → Track Order
Payment issues via third-party apps must be raised with the respective platform
International Returns
International customers must arrange return shipping independently
International shipping charges are non-refundable
