Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Shri Giriraj, we are committed to delivering high-quality ethnic wear crafted with precision and care. Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, our policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product delivered

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a request, customers must provide:

• Order ID
• Clear images and/or an unedited video showing the issue
• A brief description of the concern

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order products
• Blouses (stitched or unstitched)
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or tampered with
• Products returned without original tags and packaging
• Orders declined due to personal preference, fit issues, or change of mind

Minor variations in color, weave, or texture due to screen resolution, lighting, or handcrafted processes are not considered defects.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our internal quality inspection.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our end.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business working days from approval.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Price differences (if any) must be settled by the customer.
• In case of a lower-value exchange, the balance will be issued as store credit only.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customized and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• All handcrafted and handwoven products may feature slight irregularities, which are inherent characteristics of traditional craftsmanship and not defects.
