skilled Indian artisans. Minor variations in weave, color, or
texture are natural and reflect genuine craftsmanship.

We use professional photography in natural lighting to
represent products accurately. However, slight color
variations may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted
processes and are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted only for damaged products,
manufacturing defects, or incorrect items delivered.
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
with images or an unedited video.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds
are processed within 7–10 business days to the original
payment method.

Yes, exchanges are available subject to product availability
and quality verification. Any price difference must be settled
accordingly.
